Sarah Pore

National Tikanga Ririki Training Manager
Te Arawa, Ngaitai, Ngāti Uepohatu

As Tikanga Ririki Training Manager Sarah is responsible for the successful on-going implementation and development of the Tikanga Ririki strengths-based Māori parenting programme.

Sarah has eight years experience working in Māori Public Health for MidCentral District Health Board.

Sarah was heavily involved in research with Alcohol and Drug intervention, iwi/hapu and youth development and the development and implementation of the Tikanga Ririki Programme since 2009.

Sarah has also worked for CYFS in the past as a residential Care and Protection Social worker and believes Tikanga Ririki is a vital and positive parenting intervention.


Helen Harte

Research & Development Manager
Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Porou (MA)

As Research & Development Manager Helen is responsible for developing new areas for the work of Mana Ririki.

Helen has a background in education and research, as well as iwi-development.

Helen is passionate about the wellbeing of her own whānau.
